VIDA Ballston is our newest location, conveniently located next to Ballston Quarter and the Ballston Metro stop. Aside from metro accessibility, we validate 3 hours of parking for $1 on P1 (take the dedicated elevator to the lobby).

Ballston offers three floors of spacious equipment, machines, studious, and stretch space. The Studio Floor has cycling, yoga, group fitness, Pilates, and access to SweatBox. The second floor features socially distant equipment, complete with free weights, cable machines, and weight machines. The beautiful locker rooms include modern fixtures and luxurious amenities, including full towel service.

Starting off as a volleyball captain in high school several years ago, I wanted to help others fall in love with fitness the way I did. After being introduced to group fitness classes in 2016, I decided to get certified in Les Mills BODYPUMP because I was sold on the benefits of strength training and loved the idea of empowering others to do so. I am also a huge fan of HIIT training, as well as YOGA because they help me connect with my inner-self both mentally and physically. I am a Senior at George Mason University majoring in Public Relations and minoring in Journalism. I enjoy watching Soccer, playing Volleyball, lifting weights, and always on the hunt for a good book to read!
