VIDA Ballston is our newest location, conveniently located next to Ballston Quarter and the Ballston Metro stop. Aside from metro accessibility, we validate 3 hours of parking for $1 on P1 (take the dedicated elevator to the lobby).

Ballston offers three floors of spacious equipment, machines, studious, and stretch space. The Studio Floor has cycling, yoga, group fitness, Pilates, and access to SweatBox. The second floor features socially distant equipment, complete with free weights, cable machines, and weight machines. The beautiful locker rooms include modern fixtures and luxurious amenities, including full towel service.

VIDA Ballston is our newest location, conveniently located next to Ballston Quarter and the Ballston Metro stop. Aside from metro accessibility, we validate 3 hours of parking for $1 on P1 (take the dedicated elevator to the lobby).

Ballston offers three floors of spacious equipment, machines, studious, and stretch space. The Studio Floor has cycling, yoga, group fitness, Pilates, and access to SweatBox. The second floor features socially distant equipment, complete with free weights, cable machines, and weight machines. The beautiful locker rooms include modern fixtures and luxurious amenities, including full towel service.
