VIDA Fitness offers over 50 group fitness classes on the schedule each week. All our classes are designed to increase mobility, core strength, balance, and range of motion. Students will receive the benefits of a Hot Yoga class with increased depth in poses as well as strengthening benefits, but at a soothing temperature of 90 degrees.
