The VIDA fitness app was created to give you better access to VIDA amenities and enhance your workout in an innovative way. It’s the best way to check our group fitness class schedules, stay updated with club news, preorder your smoothie, secure your Penthouse Pool spot, and handle your billing.

Every VIDA member receives a free, one-time Nutrition Fit session. Seize the opportunity to discuss your eating habits, medical history, and how you interact with food with one of our Registered Dietitians. This session will provide answers to your initial health questions and a handful of useful tips.

All VIDA members receive a VIDA Fit – a complimentary 55-minute Personal Training Assessment. In this session, you can share your fitness goals with one of our certified fitness experts. The assessment includes a movement screen, an In-Body analysis, and a tailored workout designed to meet your specific desires and requirements. Following the assessment, your trainer will provide recommendations to ensure your future success based on your goals and evaluations.
