Stretch & Mobility is a non-yoga flexibility class that addresses typical tightness and muscle imbalance caused from repetitive everyday activities like sitting, typing, cardio exercise and weight training. The class employs foam rollers, lacrosse balls, resistance bands and breathing techniques to guide participants through release, stretch and mobility activities.
