Rocket Yoga

Allows students familiar with Vinyasa to deepen their practice with increased arm balances, inversions, and standing postures to strengthen the legs & hips. Rocket deviates from the sequences of Vinyasa to offer variety and experimentation into more complex postures (asanas).
