outdoor bootcamp Outdoor Bootcamp is a high-intensity class that features of blend of high-impact plyometric activities, agility work and bodyweight resistance training for the entire body. This class is best suited for intermediate-level fitness seekers, but can be tailored for members of all levels. MEETING LOCATION: At LOGAN & CITY VISTA & GALLERY PLACE: Members are asked to meet the instructor right outside of VIDA at the start time of class, for check-in and temperature taking purposes. At U STREET & YARDS: This class takes place on the building's rooftop, at the Penthouse Pool & Lounge. PLEASE NOTE: Outdoor classes may be altered, at the discretion of the instructor based on temperature and inclement weather.
