At VIDA she teaches every format except for the yoga formats. Her favorite class to teach is BODYPUMP, though she claims not to have a "favorite fitness" child. Michaela created VIDA's Stretch & Mobility class, which involves foam rolling, breathing and flexibility techniques for everyday athletes. She also spear-headed VIDA's Pole Fitness, Chair Fitness and Hot in Heels programs in the small group training department.
