A former Division 1 field hockey player and coach, Michaela's style of teaching is athletic, energetic, educational and motivational. Michaela has been with VIDA since 2018 as a Group Fitness Manager. At VIDA she teaches every format except for the yoga formats. Her favorite class to teach is BODYPUMP, though she claims not to have a "favorite fitness" child. Michaela created VIDA's Stretch & Mobility class, which involves foam rolling, breathing and flexibility techniques for everyday athletes. Her favorite class to teach is BODYPUMP, though she claims not to have a "favorite fitness" child. Michaela created VIDA's Stretch & Mobility class, which involves foam rolling, breathing and flexibility techniques for everyday athletes.
