Victoria Wolfgang is a yoga teacher (RYT-200, Functional Ashtanga 500-hr, Rocket 50-hr) and ipec certified life coach (CPC) specializing in intuitive wellness and body-centered psychology. She has bachelor's degrees in both biology and psychology and has always been fascinated by the relationship between the body and mind. Victoria has been practicing yoga since 2015 when it helped her find relief from chronic anxiety and interoceptive dysfunction related to childhood trauma and undiagnosed nuerodivergence (ASD&ADHD). She has been teaching since 2018 after graduating from Mimi Rieger's Power Vinyasa Teacher Training. Victoria's teaching style is most influenced by ashtanga, vinyasa, rocket, and trauma informed yoga. She believes in the benefits of both a scientifically informed, systematic approach to movement, as well as intuitive and free-form movement aimed at entering a mental state of creative flow. Her background as a martial artist and dance therapy practitioner informs her creative vinyasa sequences. She aims to plant mindful seeds in vigorous yet playful classes designed to help people cultivate functional mobility, self-awareness and a deeper connection with their bodies. She holds the ancient origins of yoga in great respect and weaves yogic philosophy concepts into her classes, believing that a more inclusive and equitable world begins with each individual's self-care and self-study (svadhyaya). Victoria is a mysore ashtanga yoga practitioner studying under level 2 authorized ashtanga teacher Michael Joel Hall. She also practices acroyoga, rides horses, and does fire flow art performances in her free time.

I have loved being an indoor cycling instructor with Vida since October 2012! Prior to that I had been taking class at Logan Circle every Monday through Thursday morning, until one of the instructors, (who was also the group exercise manager at the time) suggested I was there so often I should get certified to teach. I thought this was a great and practical idea, because Vida didn’t have a Friday morning cycling class, I am a “morning person,” and would beg them to add a Friday class with me as the instructor! I did get certified, but wasn’t added to the schedule on Friday mornings. I did get my big break when the manager who had inspired my certification process had to give up his morning classes, asked me if I wanted them, and the rest is history. Ten years later, I have taught more early morning classes than I can count, worked on four different indoor cycles (anyone remember the Real Ryders?), taught through cycling studio renovations at three different Vida locations, and led a kick-ass group of die-hard warrior-cyclers on wicked-cold mornings outside on the Vida U-Street Sundeck during the pandemic. I love the “Coach by Color” power training program that Vida launched in 2016, and it’s my mission to get everyone to really understand how to “work the colors” on the bikes. I feature continuous mixes of house and disco beats that I mix myself, for a “train ride” of a class experience — once we get on, we are on for the full non-stop ride. C’mon ride the train!

Harry (@hsamsave) has been teaching cycling for eight years, been in DC for ten, and has been a pop music stan since birth. His rides are a combination of that-Taylor-Swift-concert-that-no-one-could-get-tickets-for, meets Warped Tour, meets the 90s pop All That Music and More Festival (iykyk). Most importantly, he loves getting to know his clients on a personal level, building community in the studio, and making fitness accessible to anyone who walks in the door. Off the bike, Harry can be found doing public health advocacy, going after the bad guys as a Congressional investigator, and eating pasta. Fun fact: Harry reached his peak at age 11 when he sang background for Adam Sandler on Saturday Night Live.
