This class is best suited for intermediate-level fitness seekers, but can be tailored for members of all levels. MEETING LOCATION: At LOGAN & CITY VISTA & GALLERY PLACE: Members are asked to meet the instructor right outside of VIDA at the start time of class, for check-in and temperature taking purposes. At U STREET: This class takes place at one of U Streets outdoor sites - 4th floor sundeck or the rooftop pool deck. At THE YARDS: This class takes place on the building's rooftop, at the Penthouse Pool & Lounge.
