Coach By Color® brings an effective and intuitive form of communication to group cycling to improve the riders experience and to achieve their fitness results in less time. The Coach By Color® power program combines accurate zonal training with stimulating color to help coach a members effort during the workout. Classes offer a challenging ride of intervals to deliver a confidence-boosting, yet satisfying workout designed to simulate different road terrains, ranging from steady flat stretches to hills, turns, jumps, and challenging sprints. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to set up your bike, especially if you are new to cycling.

Lori's teaching style is energetic, compassionate, motivational and informative. They recognize the freeing power in moving the body while working towards a goal. Their classes feature eclectic playlists and an inclusive environment for all fitness levels.
Lori started as a member of the front desk team at VIDA in 2018. They shortly transitioned into the group fitness department as a yoga instructor. In 2021, they joined the U St team as a Jr. Assistant General Manager. Lori is currently the Studio Programs and Projects Manager at our Logan Circle location.
