Christine Reynolds is a NFPT certified trainer, and a fitness nutrition specialist. She has 8 years of experience and a degree in English literature with a minor in Educational studies and Dance. Her love for fitness starter from a young age when she started with ballet and gymnastics. Since then she has become an avid runner and triathlete and has run the New York, Boston and Chicago marathons a long with about a dozen half marathons. She believes that strength training is an extremely important aspect for endurance athletes and loves to teach them how it can benefit their performance. She loves working with clients of all abilities, from beginners to experienced athletes.
