chakra series: sacral chakra Our second chakra governs our creativity, emotions, and relationships with others. This is a full body flow with extra attention on hips, sacrum, and lower abdominal muscles.

Rachael’s love of yoga stems from a combination of her extensive dance background, love of exercise and sport sciences, career in elementary education, and job history with lululemon athletica. She received her yoga teacher certification in the summer of 2017 after practicing yoga for 10 years and contemplating yoga teacher training for six. Rachael loves leading athletic yet mindful practices with a focus on alignment and how each pose benefits the body and mind!
