His personal training certificates include National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as certificates in Kettle Bell Training, TRX Suspension Training, and Functional Movement Screen. His philosophy and approach towards training is, as cliché as it may sound, in all endeavors including training, all goals can be achieved with hard work and dedication. It starts in the mind and works its way down. Sacrifices and smalls steps are needed to reach your goal, but each step should be taken one at a time.
