Coach By Color® brings an effective and intuitive form of communication to group cycling to improve the riders' experience and to achieve their fitness results in less time. The Coach By Color® power program combines accurate zonal training with stimulating color to help coach a member's effort during the workout. Classes offer a challenging ride of intervals to deliver a confidence-boosting, yet satisfying workout designed to simulate different road terrains, ranging from steady flat stretches to hills, turns, jumps, and challenging sprints. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to set up your bike, especially if you are new to cycling.
Jimmy's fitness philosophy is for you to grow in your health and fitness goals surrounded by supportive community with a little (or a lot of) self-compassion. He teaches with a focus on the overall experience. It's not only important that you build strength, endurance, and cardio ability, but he also wants you to have fun, build community, and maybe even dance a little! Open to requests, feedback, and/or food and coffee!
