Quinton Woodhouse received his personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Although he competed in cross country, winter track, and lacrosse growing up, it wasn’t until his early 20’s he developed his passion for weight training. When not in the gym, Quinton is a computer technician and web developer. He has learned how to balance long hours working at a desk and having an active lifestyle. This is something that he enjoys teaching his clients. Having endured his own weight loss journey, Quinton aims to inspire their clients to achieve their fitness goals while empowering them to have confidence in their movement, posture, and inner power.
