The VIDA Fitness Pilates director, Andrea Van Zile, NCPT, is offering virtual classes.

Pilates is a full-body exercise method with emphasis on developing core strength to improve posture, strength, and mobility.

Pilates will literally improve the way you do everything from walking & running, to Olympic weight-lifting. Joseph Pilates said it best, “in one session, you’ll feel a difference. In five sessions you’ll see a difference. In twenty sessions, you’ll have an entirely new body.”
