Zach Hackerson

Zach Hackerson has been a personal trainer and strength coach since 2012. He has worked with many different populations, including busy professionals, weekend warriors, athletes of all skill levels from youth to the pros, and those who are nervous about starting and succeeding with their health and fitness journey. 

Zach specializes in post rehab return to sport and life, with a particular focus on the shoulder and hip/lower back. Certification and experience in this background includes Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist, The Biomechanics Method Corrective Exercise, observation hours in the OR studying spine and disk repair, full ACL post rehab to return to sport, and working with clients with shoulder labrum, rotator cuff, and scapular injuries.

Zach believes that the iron is for everyone, and he takes pride in offering empathetic and results-based coaching, using the latest fitness best practices along with my personal experience to help you achieve whatever goal you may have. When he isn’t training on the weight room floor, you can find him preparing for powerlifting competitions, playing softball on weekends, watching Yankees baseball, or debating which Star Wars trilogy is the best.
