Ty Warren is a Certified Personal Trainer and has been an athlete for his entire life. He also has a Bachelors in English from East Carolina University with a minor in History.
His passion for fitness was sparked from watching Dragon Ball Z while rehabbing from a torn hamstring. During rehabilitation he realized that he had numerous imbalances and needed to correct them to live a healthy life outside of athletics. He also came to the realization that he needed to be stronger in general, and the only way to do that was to get out there and start training. While on his journey, friends and family began to take notice of his physical transformation and pushed him to further his knowledge which led to him wanting to help and support others in similar situations.
His training style varies by client as it is his goal to individualize every program he designs. The one constant among all those programs is that his singular focus is to get the most out of whoever he works with.
