Sarah Mong

Sarah is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the
National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and is a Master Trainer at VIDA. She earned her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology with an emphasis in movement science from Penn State, where she competed in Olympic Weightlifting. Sarah has been involved in various forms of sport and fitness since a young age and is passionate about helping others find the type of movement that challenges and excites them. Sarah emphasizes a science-based approach to strength training, focusing on highly individualized programming to help her clients build functional strength and resilience, both in the gym and in everyday life.
