As a U.S. Army veteran and lifelong athlete, Ryan Harrison brings a results-driven and deeply personal approach to fitness coaching. Growing up as a multisport athlete, he developed a love for movement, resilience, and versatility that shaped his career. His fitness journey began as a boxing and kickboxing instructor and has since expanded his expertise as an RYT-200 certified yoga instructor, youth basketball coach, and NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
While serving in the Army, he balanced his primary duties with an additional role designing physical training (PT) programs for soldiers. He also worked as a pace trainer for Airborne and Ranger candidates, helping individuals build strength, endurance, and mental toughness to meet the demands of their roles. These experiences taught Ryan how to tailor training to meet diverse needs, from performance optimization to injury prevention.
Having personally sustained and recovered from injuries, he understands the physical and mental challenges of rebuilding strength and mobility. This experience sparked his passion for injury prevention and recovery, which is a cornerstone of his coaching philosophy. He prioritizes proper form, balanced programming, and mobility work to help his clients prevent setbacks and recover safely.
Ryans programs are tailored to each individual, combining evidence-based strength training, functional fitness, and mindful movement. Whether you’re just starting out or an experienced athlete, he is here to help you build a sustainable plan designed around your unique goals. Let’s work together to transform your goals into lifelong habits and achieve the results you deserve!
