Ryan Harrison

Ryan Harrison, a U.S. Army veteran and lifelong athlete, brings a results-driven, personal approach to fitness coaching. Growing up as a multisport athlete shaped his passion for movement, resilience, and versatility. He began as a boxing and kickboxing instructor and later became an RYT-200 yoga instructor, youth basketball coach, and NASM Certified Personal Trainer.

During his Army service, Ryan fulfilled his primary duties while also designing physical training programs and serving as a pace trainer for Airborne and Ranger candidates—helping others build strength, endurance, and mental toughness. These experiences taught him how to tailor training for everything from peak performance to injury prevention.

Having recovered from injuries himself, Ryan understands the challenges of rebuilding strength and mobility. This perspective drives his focus on injury prevention and safe recovery, emphasizing proper form, balanced programming, and mobility work.

Ryan creates individualized programs that blend evidence-based strength training, functional fitness, and mindful movement. Whether working with beginners or experienced athletes, he helps clients build sustainable plans and turn their goals into lasting habits.
