Nick Proano is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer. After getting his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at UCLA, Nick worked with clients on the autism spectrum, teaching them social, daily living and gross motor skills. He understands that fitness is in the mind, body and spirit.
Nick takes a holistic, person-centered approach to his work, delving into his clients’ goals and designing workout programs accordingly. He takes a non-judgmental stance, creating a safe and comfortable workout environment for everyone. Through his own journey in body recomposition, Nick has tested a variety of exercise modalities such as full body circuits, calisthenics and split routines. He enjoys strength training in order to increase lean muscle mass.
