Nate holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He loves helping his clients achieve their goals and enjoys accompanying them on their fitness journey. Nate advises his clients that the first set, first workout, or even the first initial consultation can be scary to someone who is new to training. Sometimes we, as individuals, can be our own obstacle to success. Once you have given up on a situation, nothing positive can develop from it. This is why Nate believes that motivation is the key factor in exercise. He believes that coaching his clients to maintain a positive attitude can serve as the catalyst to a healthy lifestyle and increased longevity. Nate specializes in weight loss, muscle toning & development, speed & agility, core training, functional training, and sports performance. When he’s not training at the gym, Nate enjoys spending time with his son.
