Liz Warner-Osborne has nearly 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Apart from personal training, she has taught a variety of group fitness classes, including Spin, weight training, kettlebells and bootcamp-style classes. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and The American Council on Exercise and is certified in TRX and Spin. Her training specialties include strength/hypertrophy, balance, pre- and post-natal, and injury recovery-focused training. A former dancer and bodybuilder, Liz has a unique eye for movement, seeing small details that impact the entire body in sometimes unexpected ways. Her goal is to help clients feel empowered in the gym, building strength, mind-muscle connection and confidence in the process.
