Josh’s objective in fitness is to help his client look and feel like their best self. He combines a variety of circuit, strength and endurance training to make a multifunctional baseline of fitness depending on the client’s wants and needs. Josh’s focus is specialized in a fusion of both esthetic bodybuilding while being geared toward peak performance in an array of different functional movements, drills, and activities.

He believes that it is never too late to start one’s fitness journey! Josh is known to pay extra attention to make sure his clients feel comfortable and confident while training. Each session will include stretches, mobility, dynamic warm-ups, and cool-downs, to provide both results and safety in a fun and
entertaining fashion according to each and every client’s personal goals.
