As a Washington DC native Jordan Graye spent most of his youth being involved in highly competitive sport. He received a scholarship to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he played Division 1 soccer for 4 years while pursuing his degree. Upon the completion of his collegiate career Jordan was drafted by DC United of Major League Soccer and spent the better part of a decade playing for teams all over the United States.
Jordan specializes in High Intensity Interval Training as well as Calisthenics Strength Training. He is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and holds certifications in Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), and TRX Suspension Training. When Jordan isn’t training he can be caught playing soccer in recreational leagues around DC
