Flo believes in taking a whole body approach to exercise, as she believe that all movement is mental first, and physical second. Her focus is in Pilates and low impact training for women and athletes. She implements the foundations of Pilates and body biomechanics in her training to improve posture, core, and pelvic floor musculature. Her main focus is to help clients use their core and stabilizing muscles to reach their goals while protecting their joints. Flo believes in combining Pilates, rehabilitative exercise, and weight training to provide her clients with a stronger, functional and sculpted body.
