Enrique is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer and a VIDA Expert trainer. He helps his clients define their goals; assess their abilities and create a pathway for them to achieve those goals. As a Corrective Exercise Specialist, he emphasizes correct form, movements and technique to reduce risk of injuries, avoid muscle imbalances, and increase muscle strength and endurance. Enrique has over 10 years’ experience in personal training and group fitness – including all forms of conditioning, small group training, TRX and Pilates Reformer. Enrique is also a Cancer and Orthopedic Exercise Specialist qualified to assess, design, and implement programs for individuals diagnosed with cancer or those affected by knee, hip, lower back or shoulder pain. He is skilled in evaluating health behaviors and risk factors, conduct comprehensive fitness assessments, write appropriate exercise recommendations, and motivate individuals to modify negative health habits and maintain positive lifestyle behavior. As a Sports Conditioning Specialist, Enrique’s strength and conditioning workouts combine intensity and creativity to make the program effective and enjoyable. Enrique is an expert virtual trainer for those who have hectic schedule and need to work out on their own time, bring the workouts anywhere (train at home, in the gym or even when traveling).
