Duane Williams has been training since 2015 and has experience in training all sorts of athletes of all ages. He feel in love with fitness and weights while playing football in high school and college. Duane really gave it his all to develop a fitness routine to be the best player on the field. He now enjoys training and teaching others how to get fit and stay healthy. Duaneās goal is to teach and motivate each client to reach their peak potential in their fitness journey.
