Chris is Group Program Manager at VIDA Yards, City Vista and Gallery Place where he teaches Yoga, Pilates, Group Fitness, and Cycling classes. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Lead Trainer of VIDA’s Yoga Teacher Training School. Chris trains his clients for the long term to promote stability, range of motion, conditioning, strength and power focusing on the core muscles that make all the other ones stronger and more efficient. Chris helps his clients design a sustainable fitness program with a weekly rhythm that leaves them focused and fresh on Saturday instead of distracted and exhausted.
