Brock Martin is the Personal Training Manager at VIDA Fitness, The Yards. Holding a graduate degree from the University of Louisville, Brock is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Registered Strength & Conditioning Coach (RSCC), and Tactical Strength & Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association. Brock prides himself in his ability to tailor his approach to fitness to individuals across all walks of life, regardless of what their individual goals may entail.
