Brian strives to help clients achieve overall well-being in addition to meeting their individual physical goals. That means every session is focused on strengthening a sound body and mind. He actively listens to clients’ needs, restrictions, and aspirations to ensure they are always getting the attention they deserve and never “just going through the motions.”
Brian received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Sonoma State University in 2008. He has been a fitness trainer for nearly two decades and doesn’t intend to slow down anytime soon! Hiking through Rock Creek and spending time with his children are his two favorite things to do when he is not training Washingtonians.
