Andre has been a fitness professional since 2016 and his passion towards personal training grew while obtaining his B.S in Kinesiology at George Mason University. Beginning his career as a rehab specialist, he gained experience through a clinical setting working alongside Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, and Orthopedic Surgeons to ensure his clients’ needs/goals were reached. Andre’s corrective exercise and functional strength background allows him to help his clients reach their goals safely and efficiently.
Playing sports was what really made Andre realize the importance of exercise. The thought of being able to transform yourself into the strongest version of yourself was what motivated him to progress through exercise. Every person’s story is unique so he likes to use a personalized approach and cater to his clients’ needs to maintain consistency and balance throughout the exercise journey.
