Alexis Brooks is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and holds a Bachelors in Social Work, Graduating from McDaniel College.
Her passion for fitness stems from her experience in clinical work, and martial arts. Empowering the body and mind relationship with one lift, one strike and one rep at a time. She ensures a trustworthy space for goals to thrive and sustain healthy habits for the long run.
Alexis fitness journey has a foundation of kickboxing conditioning, coaching group classes of 8+. She has a passion for guiding people on their fitness journey seeking weight loss, increasing self-defense, and hip mobility. Fitness to her is a lifestyle and cherish encouraging those to show up for themselves.
