Prenatal Small Group Training
Mondays at 8:00 am with Jacqui Beard ([email protected]); starts April 13
Experience the benefits of working out during your pregnancy in this virtual Prenatal small group training program. This fun program will be total body, inspired by some of your favorite workouts like Barre and circuit training. Stay active and fit throughout your pregnancy from the comfort of your own home.
Wednesdays at 12:30 pm with Sara Fadziewicz ([email protected]); starts April 8
Virtual Circuit is a 45-minute small group training session with a mix of plyometrics and full-body strength training. This dynamic class will challenge your cardiovascular and muscle endurance while in a supportive atmosphere. With or without weights, this class is for all levels!
Virtually Fit Booty Camp
Saturdays at 10:00 am with Shanika Kynard ([email protected]); starts April 18
This small group personal training program focuses on sculpting the perfect derriere with the legs to match. We will perform 55 minutes of progressive glute, leg and mobility training to build the booty of your dreams.
Virtual Chair Fitness
Saturdays at 11:00 am with Michaela Brown-Jones ([email protected]); starts April 18
Chair Fitness is a fun and sultry fitness class that features chair-based body movements to produce a total body sculpting experience. It is low-impact, but fast-paced so participants will get a full-on cardio experience while protecting the knees, hips, and ankles. The class ends with hot chair dance choreography that can be used for fitness or…not.
There are no pre-requisites and students can start the class at any time.

After the Baby – Virtual Edition!
Sundays at 9:00 am with Colleen Palomaa ([email protected]); starts April 19
Whether you’re 6 weeks, 6 months, or 6+ years post-partum, this semi-private, virtual live class is just for Moms. The class safely builds strength and endurance while boosting your metabolism to burn extra calories. We focus on healing and strengthening your core and pelvic floor, burning fat, and toning muscles from head to toe. Join us for a motivating and safe environment that is welcoming to Moms of all fitness levels.
CouchFit: Weight Loss Bootcamp for Beginners
Sundays at 11:00 am and Wednesdays at 6:30 pm with Shanika Kynard ([email protected]); starts April 19
Join Shanika two times per week for a quarantined small group training experience that will keep you motivated, emotionally focused, and driven towards reaching your weight loss goals. 2 sessions per week and one virtual consultation required for participation.

All of our programs incorporate MYZONE heart rate monitors to track your progress and challenge you relative to your own unique fitness level. MYZONE is an innovative training tool that intuitively guides you on when to push harder and when to shift to active recovery. VIDA membership is not required.
VIDA Boot Camp is a one-hour intense calorie burning program providing fun, creative, and challenging moves that keeps participants focused, empowered, and constantly moving towards their fitness goals. Workouts include a wide variety of constantly changing circuits including drills, games, obstacles, plyometrics, relays, weighted supersets, and partner training. Each class is based on interval training, constantly rotating from cardiovascular exercises to resistance training without rest to develop your maximum potential. The small group atmosphere gives our trainers the opportunity to focus on form and tailor the class to the goals of the participants.
A full-body workout where you’ll learn valuable self-defense skills including striking, kicking, sparring, and more! You’ll learn proper form and technique for movements plus conditioning drills to make you stronger and faster. Increase your fitness level, gain confidence, and eliminate stress in this high-energy workout. No experience necessary – just come ready to work.
Kettlebells provide serious strength training with no machines required. Perform dozens of functional exercises including swings, squats, cleans, snatches, rows, and more with a variety of weights based on your fitness level. Pilates classes are designed to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance through a series of pushing and pulling exercises that may add resistance for an extra challenge. Participants progress through strength phases by increasing the resistance through a series of springs attached to the reformer that are easily engaged or disengaged depending on the exercise and relative strength of the individual. There are also a series of isometric exercises that require you to hold the reformer components steady for targeted core work.

Payment Plans: We want to help you achieve your fitness goals by making personal training and small group training more affordable. Not only does your per session rate decrease with the more sessions you purchase, VIDA Fitness also offers payment plans for all of our packages. We will simply divide your payments into monthly installments based on the training program you select, billed alongside your membership dues without any service or financing fees.
