Make sure the app
is up-to-date

If you have already downloaded the VIDA
app, make sure you are using the correct and
most updated version. We moved to a new
app in April 2019. The app you need is
called VIDA FITNESS OFFICIAL APP.

Sign Up

Click “Sign up with Email”
Do NOT log in with Facebook.
Use the email address associated with your membership. If you
do not know the email address associated with your account or
would like to change your email, please email
app@vidafitness.com

If you get an error message telling you that you already have
an account, try to request a new password.
If that does not work, email: app@vidafitness.com

Select your club

Choose your main VIDA location. Even if you
are all-access, your membership is associated
with the club where you joined.

Verification

If you are creating a new account, you
may get an Email Verification screen.

Please check your email for your
temporary password. Put the code into the
app and log in again.

Set up
your profile

Click on the home button on the bottom
left-hand side of the app. Click on the PROFILE icon.
Fill out the form completely, including your Barcode. Your
Barcode is necessary for scanning into the club. If you need
help accessing your Barcode, you can email app@vidafitness.com.

Click on the home button again. Click on
the BARCODE icon and confirm that
your account is authenticated.

BOOKING YOUR RESERVATION

Book your visit

Open the app. Click on the Club button on the
bottom of the app. Make sure your club is set to the
location you want to visit! (NOTE: Reservation functionality
will be available when we open. The ICONS for Group Fitness
and Club Reservations are currently disabled)

If you are coming to VIDA for Personal Training,
Small Group Training, Pilates, or Nutrition – you do
not need to make a reservation on the app.
Group Fitness can be booked through the
GROUP FITNESS icon.

Visits to the clubs are 90 minutes long. If you are
attending a class, this allows 15 minutes before
and after class to spend at the gym. Click
CALENDAR and find and book classes.
Choose a spot in the room and click DONE.

For pool reservations, click on CLUBS and select the
PENTHOUSE RESERVATIONS icon. Click
CALENDAR and choose your date and whether
you want a cabana, day bed, or regular reservation.

If you want to book a workout using weights, cardio
equipment, stretching space (any workout that isn’t a
class or with PT, Small Group Training, Pilates, or
Nutrition), click on CLUB and select the
BOOK YOUR VISIT icon. Workout reservations are 90
minutes long offered in 15-minute increments
throughout the day.

Canceling your visit

If you need to cancel your visit, navigate to the
class or session you booked in the app, and
click CANCEL BOOKING.

Check in

Bring your phone to the front desk. After your
temperature has been taken, open the VIDA app.
Click on the barcode icon in the orange header
of the app. It will open your barcode and
appointments. The front desk team can scan your
barcode and confirm your reservation.
