Caitlin Karna is a Certified Personal Trainer with National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has been working in fitness for 3 years and is also a Senior Master Coach with [solidcore], a pilates-inspired strength training group fitness brand. Caitlin enjoys working with clients who are looking to level up their gym game, get more comfortable and aware in their bodies, and learn about the fundamentals and/or in-depth details of strength training. She believes that everyone has a place in the gym if they are willing to learn and trust the process! Her own personal fitness journey started through testing out every type of group fitness format out there, then joining VIDA as a member to get a deeper understanding of strength training. She even hired a personal trainer herself when she became interested in powerlifting. Years later, Caitlin continues to get stronger both mentally and physically and is actively competing in USA Powerlifting meets when not training her own clients. She’s lived in DC for 10 years and has a cute pup named Willa that you should definitely ask her about.
