Rebekah Frese is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer specializing in Functional Training and Trauma-Informed Personal Training (TI-PT), and she has earned her StrongFirst Kettlebell Instructor (SFGI) certification. She began her training career in Chicagoland in 2019 before moving to DC to pursue a Master’s degree in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at The George Washington University. Rebekah is a perpetual student—whether she’s in a classroom or the gym—always learning new coaching techniques and training styles. As a TI-PT, Rebekah works with clients to heal from trauma by regaining trust in their bodies through movement. Rebekah believes that better movement is the key to better living, and her goal as a trainer is to approach fitness with intention and compassion while providing fun and engaging programming to aid her clients’ journeys to create connections with their bodies while becoming their strongest selves.
