Rachel Wong


Rachel is a passionate personal trainer certified through National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM). Previously a flight attendant in Middle East, she began her training journey thorough understanding how important it is to keep the mind and body fit when working in a high pressure environment. With a specialty in strength and conditioning training, Rachel believes that working on stabilization, mobility, flexibility and functional movement builds a solid foundation. She likes to challenge & encourage her clients, to help them meet their fitness goals. When she is not in the gym, you may find her trying new restaurants, hiking or busy in the kitchen creating a healthy style meal or even cake!
