Nikko is a Certified Personal Trainer and has been training since 2016. He has a degree in Exercise Science from George Mason University.
Coming from a heavy sports background, Nikko’s training style puts an emphasis on functional training, strength, and mobility that mimics everyday life. If he is not in the gym training his clients, he is out either rock climbing or training for the next season of American Ninja Warrior. His passion for functional movement started with his experience as a Rehab Technician, where he spent 5 years working in physical therapy. Nikko’s overall objective is to help clients find out what fitness means to them and help them learn how to better themselves inside and out of the gym to achieve the best version of themselves.
