Christian is a Washington native from the southside of DC. He grew up with 10 siblings and being the 2nd oldest. Christian played piano, soccer, volleyball, and even participated in Mock trials. He loves working with his hands, it doesn’t matter if its working on a car, taking a computer apart or painting, being busy keeps him alive! Christian has recently found a love for Axe throwing.
Christian’s personal training career began after he started HRT, and he started with himself because he had a strong vision of what he wanted to look and feel like. Christian had always felt really scrawny and watching himself fill out, along with the impact it had on his life and confidence, inspired him to become a trainer. As a Certified Personal Trainer Christian wants to help others experience the euphoria of becoming a better version of themselves.
