Chris Robinson

Chris Robinson is a National Academy of Sport Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and started personal training in 2018. He specializes in fat loss, strength, endurance, and balance training with a love for soccer, martial arts, and yoga. Chris always had a physical and active lifestyle growing up, and now he seeks to share his fitness experiences and beliefs with the world.

To Chris, it’s more of the mind than of the body. He believes our diets consist of more than what we consume, and that it’s nurturing our temple and having the ability to know when to say “no” or “go.” It’s knowing when your body needs rest and when your ego is getting in the way; it’s less about how you look and more about how you feel. Fitness isn’t defined by the fastest, strongest, or “best looking.” No. Chris believes that with fitness, the credit belongs to those who seek the balance between mind, body, and spirit.
