Chelsea Dade is a National Academy of Sports Medicine-certified personal trainer. Chelsea’s passion for fitness began while attending high school in Arlington, just 15 minutes from VIDA Ballston, during the rise of the healthy food and fitness movement of the 2010s. She went on to earn a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Public Health from The College of William & Mary, where she also worked as a group fitness instructor, and later received a Master of Science in Health Communication from Northwestern University. Her approach to fitness is informed by her understanding of behavior change, motivation, and the ways people build sustainable habits.
With over 17 years of experience in dance and rhythmic gymnastics, Chelsea brings a strong foundation in flexibility, balance, and kinesthetic awareness to her training. She is also trained in Pilates Mat and Barre, incorporating these modalities to support strength, core stability, and overall conditioning.
