Max Rosenberg

Logan Circle

While studying Kinesiology at the University of Maryland, College Park Max became fascinated with the inner workings of the human body. As a way to study for an exercise physiology class, Max became obsessed with practicing hot yoga, where he would contemplate the inner workings of the human body. Max began teaching hot yoga classes and developed a deep interest in structural alignment, energy, and bodywork. After nearly a decade of teaching yoga, Max enrolled in Massage Therapy school and specialized in a fascial manipulation technique called Structural Integration. Structural integration gave Max an extensive education about proper movement, balance, posture and alignment. Max teaches exercise with a unique approach, pulling from his background in yoga and structural bodywork. Max believes all movement should work toward balance, that good quality breathing should always be present, and that bodily comfort and joy should underlie all fitness regimens. Fitness is one of many keys to health. We can all live better, more powerful lives if we treat ourselves right.
