He holds a bachelor’s degree from George Mason University, where he built a solid foundation in health and human performance. Julio has also completed Functional Movement training based on Gary Gray’s methodology, with an emphasis on biomechanics and injury prevention. His certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine include Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM-PES), Certified Nutrition Coach (NASM-CNC), and Physique and Bodybuilding Coach (NASM-PBC).
Julio’s expertise spans strength training, mobility, sports performance, and physique development. He designs customized programs that help clients move without pain, build strength efficiently, and perform at a higher level—whether their goal is athletic performance or simply feeling more confident in their body.
