Jheanelle Whyte is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with over a decade of experience guiding clients to reach their full potential—both in strength and in confidence. Originally from Jamaica, she carries her athletic spirit wherever she goes, from representing the USA Netball Team in 2005 to leading more than 5,000 high-energy group fitness classes.
Her expertise is wide-ranging—weight loss, TRX, HIIT, strength training, and specialized knowledge in premenopause and menopause—but she’s equally at home coaching men through the “big three” lifts: pressing, squatting, and deadlifting. Whether it’s building strength, reshaping the body, or finding consistency, Jheanelle meets clients where they are and gives them the tools to succeed.
