Ilya Oparin is a personal trainer with over 11 years of experience in the fitness industry. His journey began with martial arts in childhood, followed by six years of competitive rugby at university. Eight years ago, Ilya discovered his true passion for powerlifting. As a professional athlete, he has focused on mastering the ‘Big Three’ exercises and is proud to bench press nearly twice his body weight, squat two and a half times his body weight, and deadlift three times his body weight.
Ilya holds certifications from the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT-CPT) and the Federation of Fitness and Aerobics of Russia (FFAR). He specializes in creating personalized fitness programs that integrate strength training, periodization, and holistic health practices. Ilya firmly believes that “patience and hard work will conquer all,” and he strives to empower his clients to reach their peak performance.
