The Yards

Cordell is a certified Personal Trainer and Strength Coach with the National Council on Strength & Fitness (NCSF), with a specialization in Glute Training with International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). He is a former Track and Field Athlete and competed in college at VCU. Cordell has been in the fitness industry since 2016 and helps coach the busy working professional as well as high level athletes reach their goals. He has experience training one on one as well as in group settings. Cordell emphasizes movement quality, education, and having fun in all of his sessions.
