Hi, I’m Blaire Toedte! Fitness has been a constant in my life from a young age—first through soccer and figure skating, and later through weightlifting and distance running. After college, I began training more seriously, and during the pandemic, I took the leap to earn my personal training certification. What began as a way to improve my own performance has grown into a passion and a new career path.
Before joining the Vida team, I worked as a journalist at the BBC and as a press specialist for a government agency. In 2025, I made the decision to transition full-time into personal training.
My mission as a trainer is to help people build strength, move with confidence, and stay injury-free so that they can keep saying yes to the adventures and experiences life offers, now and for decades to come.
