Ayika Tshimanga is a National Council on Strength & Fitness (NCSF)–certified personal trainer specializing in strength development, metabolic conditioning, and sustainable body composition change. She works with individuals who are serious about their health, whether they’re new to strength training or looking to push past a plateau.
Her hybrid training style combines compound strength movements with athletic, high-efficiency conditioning to increase metabolic rate, maximize fat loss, and build lean muscle. Every program is tailored to the individual, supporting both clients who want to build muscle and those who want to get stronger without “bulking.”
With over five years of experience, her own 30-pound transformation, and a background as a former cheerleader, Ayika brings a dynamic, results-driven approach that makes training both effective and engaging.
