Ayika Tshimanga is a National Council on Strength & Fitness–certified personal trainer who specializes in strength development, conditioning, and sustainable body composition change. Drawing from over five years of training experience and her own 30-pound lean muscle transformation, she designs purposeful programs that prioritize performance, consistency, and measurable results.
After overcoming a sedentary lifestyle and transforming her own health, she now guides others toward strength, balance, and long-term wellness through personalized training.
Ayika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is also a working actor, bringing presence, adaptability, and motivation into every training session.
