Allie is a certified personal trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Years of long distance cross country and track running in high school and college sparked her initial interest in the health and wellness field. She graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Kinesiology and minor in coaching education. But it wasn’t until she began working in the weight room with all types of athletes and started resistance training more, that she found a passion for helping others. She loves motivating people to put in the work at the gym, to then watch that hard work transfer onto the field in their performances.
Allie believes that fitness is ever-changing- there should be no end goal! It’s a journey, not a destination. We should be constantly pushing the envelope and exceeding our goals. A healthy balance of exercise and nutrition will allow you to reach and maintain any goal, without sacrificing life’s best moments!
