The VIDA Diversity & Inclusion Board oversees the application and selection process. The Board will review the applications and narrow the list to semi-finalists. The semi-finalists will be invited to an interview with the Committee. Based on that process, 20 applicants will be awarded scholarships. Award recipients will be selected and notified via email.

All decisions of the Diversity Committee are final and are not subject to appeal. The program is competitive; not all applicants will be selected as semifinalists or finalists; not all finalists will be selected as recipients.

Upon receipt, the VIDA Diversity & Inclusion Board will begin to review your application on a rolling basis. Applicants that are invited to interview will receive a scheduling request to complete their interview.

Once interviews have been completed, scholarships will be awarded. At that time, applicants will be notified via email. The email address on file must be active and you must check your email regularly.

Information received is considered confidential and is reviewed only by VIDA Fitness. No additional contact will be made unless additional documents are needed and/or the applicant is a finalist. No information is collected from the site visitor.

Please note: Scholarship recipients will be required to review and agree to the NASM Terms and Conditions, NASM Privacy Policy and the NASM-CPT Candidate Handbook, all available through the NASM website.
